Selections for Ballet Repertoire is a collection of well known ballet melodies, arranged to be easily used in the course of a ballet class. It consists of nearly 150 pieces, over 261 pages, taken primarily from the ballets Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Raymonda, Don Quixote, and Coppelia, plus a few others, as well as a couple of useful non-ballet melodies, arranged partially by time signature, and partially by type (waltz, coda, adage, etc). Each piece is provided in either one or two pages to facilitate use in class .The book includes a handy table of contents that includes the first few bars of music for each piece.
